Elizabeth Wright | Sr. Program Officer, Sudan Program
Elizabeth Wright is responsible for various aspects of implementation and management for the Sudan Program, including developing research and products, engagement, and program design and monitoring. Previously, as Conflict Dynamics’ Research Officer, she developed research methodologies, conducted applied research on governance and peacebuilding, and developed and implemented organization-wide systems for program analysis, design, monitoring, evaluation, and learning (ADMEL). She has also served in a program implementation role for the South Sudan Program. Elizabeth’s professional expertise is in conflict resolution, women and governance, and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to joining Conflict Dynamics in 2012, Elizabeth worked in program management at the Middle East Initiative at Harvard Kennedy School. She has also worked with what is now UNWomen on implementation of Resolution 1325 (Women, Peace, and Security) and the Center for Democracy and Community Development in East Jerusalem. Elizabeth holds a master’s degree in Conflict Resolution from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and a BA in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College.
