Allison Spaxman

Allison Spaxman has been on the Board of Directors of Conflict Dynamics International since its inception in 2004.  Allison and Gerard met at the Program for Negotiation at the Harvard Business School and although her keen interest in negotiation and conflict resolution has primarily been practiced in business, Allison has always been personally committed to respecting human differences and valuing human diversity.

Allison holds an honors graduate degree from the Ivey School of Business, Western University (London, Canada). 

​

She worked for 20 years in various Operations Management roles primarily within the telecom industry.  During her career she lived and worked in Canada, Brazil, Hong Kong, the United States, Switzerland, Greece, and Germany.  Allison was actively involved with seven global acquisitions and business integrations as part of her career.  She finally retired from her position of VP of Operations for Aastra Telecom in 2012.

Allison is Canadian and now lives with her husband and two girls in Munich, Germany.  Allison speaks English and Greek and is currently studying German.
